Copper - Single Conductor

RW90 600V

Single copper conductor with low temperature moisture resisting Exelene* cross-linked polyethylene insulation. CSA Spec C22.2 No. 38-95. For open wiring and raceways (except cable troughs and ventilated flexible cableway) in dry or wet locations. For exposed wiring where exposed to weather with sunlight resistant insulation.  Approved for use with ceiling fixtures.

RW90 1000V

Single copper conductor with low temperature moisture resisting Exelene* cross-linked polyethylene insulation. For open wiring and raceways (except cable troughs and ventilated flexible cableway) in dry or wet locations. For exposed wiring where exposed to weather with sunlight resistant insulation. Standard Black #6 and larger is sunlight resistant and marked "Outdoor"; coloured insulation is NOT. Approved for use with ceiling fixtures.

T90 600V

Single copper conductor with thin wall PVC insulation and nylon covering. Rated 600 colts, and FT 1. General purpose building wire for installation as exposed or concealed wiring and in raceways (except cable troughs) in dry or damp locations. Approved for use with ceiling fixtures.

RWU90 1000V

Single copper conductor with extra thickness of low temperature moisture resisting Exelene* cross-linked polyethylene insulation. For direct earth burial (with protection as required by inspecting authority).** For exposed wiring where exposed to weather with sunlight resistant insulation. For service entrance above or below ground.

Bare Copper

Bare copper conductors available in various tempers and sizes.  Coated copper conductors, solid or stranded, available in various sizes but in soft temper only.

 

Application Used in overhead electrical transmission and distribution, for grounding electrical systems where high conductivity and flexibility is required.  Suitable for numerous other applications.
